• Service boundaries: Any request for non-professional or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate session termination without refund.

• Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book an outcall massage.
• Accurate location details: Clients are responsible for providing precise delivery information (hotel name, room number, building name, and area in Dubai).
• Dispatch time: Average therapist arrival time across central Dubai is 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

3. Client Conduct & Safety

To ensure a safe and professional environment for both client and therapist:

• Cleanliness and environment: Clients must provide a clean, safe, and suitable private space for the massage session.
• Zero tolerance for abuse: Verbal abuse, physical aggression, or inappropriate behavior toward any therapist is not tolerated. The therapist has full right to leave immediately.
• Sobriety requirement: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is severely intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.

4. Payment, Rates & Cancellation Terms

• Transparent rates: All service rates are communicated clearly before booking confirmation, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
• Payment methods: Payments can be made by cash directly to the therapist, or by agreed encrypted digital or crypto methods before or upon arrival.
• Cancellation policy: Free cancellations are accepted when made at least 20 minutes before therapist dispatch. Late cancellations after a therapist is en route may incur a transport coverage fee.

Clients must inform the therapist before the session of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, skin allergies, or physical injuries. Our treatments are non-medical therapeutic massages and do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
